Private Birthday Party Group of 15

Our Private Birthday Party Package this includes:

• 2:45 hour reservation for the tables and private area under shelter away from all the hustle and bustle
• Access to the Back-40 Playground all day, guests can arrive early 
• Bring your own food and drinks or leave it to us.  We offer sandwich/hot dog platters, concessions, and ice cream(platters require 1 week pre-order before party)
• We can store your cake in our walk-in cooler
• 15 children + 2 adults per child. Additional children are $16 each(each child is allowed 2 parents at no charge for birthday parties)
• You will meet a party host upon arrival to assist you for the allotted time and provide direction to party shelter and more information.
• You may choose either 10am or 1pm
• Each guest receives a coupon for $1 off ice cream at the Nibble Nook or Market Cafe

Upon Booking:

• Pay your $100 deposit or pay in full

One Week Before the party:

• Provide a guest list and how many accompanying adults.  This allows for quick check-in.

Day of the party or before:

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your party time to meet with your party host

• Check in and meet your host at the Welcome Station

• Pay the balance of $350 (if applicable) plus any additional add-ons

Throughout the day:

• Your party is free to play on the Back-40 throughout the entire day, guest can check-in early
• We provide trash bags and cans

Cancellation Policy:

Hosts must notify Vollmer Farm of a cancellation two weeks prior to the party for a full refund of deposit. 50% refund after the two week date (unless due to inclement weather)
