Basic Birthday Party Group of 10

Our Basic Birthday Party Package this includes:

• 1:45 hour reservation for the tables and area in party area- under shelter
• Access to the Back-40 Playground
• Bring your own food and drinks or leave it to us.  We offer sandwich/hot dog platters, concessions, and ice cream(platters require 1 week pre-order before party)
• We can store your cake in our walk-in cooler
• 10 children + 2 adults per child. Additional children are $16 each(each child is allowed 2 parents at no charge for birthday parties)
• You may choose either an 10am, 12pm, 2pm or 4pm start time
• Each Guest receives $1 off coupon for ice cream at the Nibble Nook or Market Cafe

Upon Booking:

• Pay your $75 deposit or in full

One Week Before the party:

• Provide a guest list and their accompanying adults.  This allows for quick check-in.

Day of the party:

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your party time at the Welcome Station

• Check in and meet with a staff member for assistance

• Pay the balance of $225(if applicable) plus any additional add-ons

Throughout the day:

• Your party is free to play on the Back-40 throughout the entire day, guest can check-in early
• We provide trash bags and cans

Cancellation Policy:

Hosts must notify Vollmer Farm of a cancellation two weeks prior to the party for a full refund of deposit. 50% refund after the two week date (unless due to inclement weather)
